Office hours are officially 10 AM - 6 PM, but please make an appointment if you'd like to come by either location. We are often photographing our amazing clients on location, so you won't likely find us without an appointment. We appreciate phone calls and texts during business hours, but if you contact us after hours, no worries! We will hit ya back when we're open again.  

We have two studio locations. For most of our sessions, we are at our country studio at 82697 272nd Ave., Burwell, NE. If you are scheduled to see your portraits, you'll come to our town location at 704 H St., Burwell, NE. All mail should be sent to P.O. Box 395, Burwell, NE 68823.

Nah, if the weather is prohibitive, we have plenty of makeup days built into our schedule to accommodate. We will automatically reschedule if the heat index is above 102, or the wind chill temperature is below 20. Windy days are common, but if it is over 25 mph, we will also look for a different day. But don't be discouraged if it's cloudy, or even decides to rain or snow. We have created very cool images in unexpected weather, so our usual response is we roll with it! But don't worry, we WILL get your session done without a rescheduling fee. 

Booking is as easy as a phone call! We really look to make a personal connection with our seniors....after all, we're going to spend some time together this year! Our sessions don't have set times, they are all customized to YOU and your needs, so it's important that we chat about your vision and needs, as well as look at our calendars together and find a date that works. We can chat via phone, Zoom or FaceTime, whatever you prefer! 

We are a full-service studio. This means we DON'T just toss a USB your way and let you figure it out on your own. That's like going to a fancy restaurant, ordering a steak, and then having to go home to cook it. Not our style.....We want to curate your experience from start to finish, and that means giving you something you can hold in your hands and cherish. After your session, we will schedule an ordering session where you'll get to see all the magic we have created together. Ordering sessions take place at our town studio, where you'll be able to see and touch our samples and decide what will fit you best. Most of our seniors want an album in order to feature the many different sides of you that we'll capture. All of our products, prints, digital images and albums are sold separately from our sessions, but all our sessions contain a print credit, so you are guaranteed to find just what fits you! 

We accept cash, checks, credit cards, cash...kidding. But seriously, all legal forms of payment are welcome here! We like to be easy going.
